• Communicate appointment reminders and aftercare instructions
• Send promotional offers and newsletters (only with your opt-in consent)
• Process payments and manage your membership

Phone Numbers & SMS Communications

Phone numbers are used solely for account servicing (appointment confirmations, reminders, aftercare check-ins) and, if you have opted in, marketing communications (promotional offers, specials, newsletters). We do NOT sell or share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Email Communications

With your consent, we may send promotional emails about specials, new services, and clinic updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also manage your email preferences in your patient portal under Profile → Preferences.

Data Protection

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase (SOC 2 compliant) for data storage and Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1) for payments. Photos and health records are stored in private, encrypted buckets accessible only to you and your provider.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our clinic (payment processing, email delivery, hosting) under strict data processing agreements. We never share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
