Message frequency varies based on your appointments and preferences. You can expect to receive up to 8 messages per month. Promotional messages are sent only to patients who have explicitly opted in during account registration or at the clinic.
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your specific plan and any charges that may apply.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Dream Aesthetic. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. Opting out of SMS will not affect other communication channels (email, in-app messages).

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may choose to opt out of promotional messages while still receiving transactional messages (appointment confirmations, aftercare) if applicable under your service agreement.
Our SMS program is supported by all major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. However, some carriers may not support all message types. We are not responsible for messages delayed or undelivered due to carrier issues.
Your phone number and personal information are protected under our Privacy Policy. Phone numbers are used solely for account servicing and, if opted in, marketing communications. We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
