Use of the App

The App is provided for managing your aesthetic treatment journey, including booking appointments, tracking progress, communicating with providers, and managing your membership. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Memberships & Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe
Wallet credits accrue monthly and can be applied toward procedures
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Booking deposits are non-refundable unless the clinic cancels

All content, designs, and features of the App are the property of Dream Aesthetic by Dr. Ortiz. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Dream Aesthetic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
