Dream DA is the companion app for Dream Aesthetic by Dr. Ortiz. Use it to browse our treatment categories and book appointments through the secure patient portal — consultations, injectables, skin, laser, body, and wellness services.
Tap a category in the app and you’ll be taken to the patient portal to pick a date and time. Sign in with your patient portal account (or create one) to complete the booking. Your confirmation appears in the app, and you’ll also receive it by email or text.

To delete your account, sign in to the patient portal, open your profile, and choose Delete account. This removes your login and app data; medical records are retained as required by law. You can also email us at the address above to request deletion.

Toca una categoría en la app y pasarás al portal de pacientes para elegir fecha y hora. Inicia sesión con tu cuenta del portal (o crea una) para completar la reserva. Tu confirmación aparece en la app y también la recibirás por correo electrónico o mensaje de texto.

Para eliminar tu cuenta, inicia sesión en el portal de pacientes, abre tu perfil y elige Eliminar cuenta. Esto elimina tu acceso y los datos de la app; los registros médicos se conservan según lo exige la ley. También puedes escribirnos al correo de arriba para solicitar la eliminación.
