The Dream Note · Planning guide
Five questions before you decide
A useful consultation starts with your questions. Read the planning guide without subscribing, creating an account or buying a treatment.

Dream Aesthetic by Dr. Ortiz
1. What is my main goal, and is treatment appropriate for it?
Ask what an assessment can and cannot establish, including whether waiting or not treating is a reasonable option.
2. What are my options, and what are their limits?
Ask about alternatives, realistic expectations and why a particular approach may or may not fit you.
3. What risks, discomfort and recovery should I plan for?
Ask your treating clinician for instructions that fit the actual procedure and your history. Someone else's recovery is not your timetable.
4. What will the full plan cost?
Ask about the total, what is included, follow-up costs and booking terms. For paid treatments and packages, 50% is due at booking and credited toward the total; the balance is due on the first treatment day. A free consultation remains free.
5. Who provides my care, and how do I reach the clinical team?
Ask who will treat you, what follow-up is planned and how to raise a concern. Community posts do not replace clinical care.
These questions are a good place to start, even if you decide not to have treatment. This guide is general planning information, not a diagnosis or personal treatment plan.
